Driver building error on 5.0

Hi,
 I have driver sources from a 4.2 BSP. Now I want to build the same for
WinCE 5.0. How can I change include file paths for sysgen'ed files? While
building from commandline, I would like to set someother include files
search path. By default its not the same path as where the files exist.

Or is there anything else that I may be missing?
