    Usually means something wrong with memory. Most likely, your config.bib has
    invalid entries, or RAM is corrupted. The messages are indicating that it's
    keeping the existing file system. This is probably not a warm boot, right?
    If not, then you need to make sure the file system has been initialized with
    a call to NKForceCleanBoot().
