Bob,
If you are not making changes to your platform, and are just debugging
applications, you don't need to reboot the target very time, to test your
application.
I have a release build configured, with ethernet kitl, and do not have my
application in the build. When I try running my application, and it's not on
the target, it will get pulled down via kitl from the PB release directory on
my dev box. Cycle time for build/test is very good, tyically if I just doing
app work, I only need to download the whole platform once a day.
