You shoul try BT SDIO driver came with Windows CE 5.0, include Bluetooth SDIO
component which aould set SYSGEN_BTH and SYSGEN_BTH_SDIO_ONLY. Then you
should have all appropriate registry settings.

You can use controlPanel bluetooth applet to find other bluetooth devices. I
tried it on Intel Pxa27x platform Windows CE 5.0, it did work fine.
