windows CE 5.0 Beta

I have created an image using windows CE 5.0 Beta version. I use compact
flash card for storage. I am trying to include ATAPI PCI/IDE storage block
driver into my image. but it is not getting included. I have also set
SYSGEN_ATAPI=1 because of which I can not access my compact flash card on
target device.
Is anybody facing same problem?
Please suggest me to solve my problem.
