CEMon throws an exception when started on my SH4

Hi all

I have a homegrown board running an SH4 (7760), CE 4.2.
When starting a manual server, it downloads all the files fine. When
CEMon is started, it immediately throws an exception - here is my
debug output:

Is there a known problem with CeMon for the SH4? Looking at the
microsoft site, there do not appear to be any upgrades, but perhaps I
am missed something.
It wants use CEMon.exe from \Program Files\Microsoft eMbedded C++
4.0\EVC\WCE400\TARGET\SH4, the file was built on 2/13/2004, length
133K.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
