Intel E100Bex driver, eepro100

I have downloaded Windows ce 5 Evaluation Version and i cant find the e100bex in the catalog, how can i add this driver to my Os Image? I have the sources located in c:\wince500\public\common\oak\drivers\netcard\e100bex but what do i need to do to generate a cec for my platform?
