Out of Memory

Hi all,

i have observed that when i open the remote registry tool, after some time
I get this debug message :

--->>> VirtualAlloc: FATAL ERROR! COMPLETELY OUT OF MEMORY (00003a4d)!

GrabFirstPhysPage : invalid address 0x00000000 (PFN 0x00000000)

the second statement gets repeated several times.
any reasons for this behavior?
here i cannot understand, as how does the whole virtual memroy used
completely.
the system has hardly 10-12 processes running.
