You'll have to contact the supplier of the USB device. If you don't know
what the interface is, there's zero chance that you'll be able to write a
driver for it. If the OEM doesn't have a Windows CE driver for it, they'd
need to give you some sort of detailed documentation of what data gets sent
to what endpoints to perform the communication with the device. Or maybe
they can recommend someone to write you one...
