Kernel instability problem.

Hi folks,
I have the BSP developed for MIPS based platform.
If I build the image with tiny kernel configration,it works fine.
But if I build the image with internet appliance or enterprise
webpad,I get the instability problem.
The target control window Windows CE> appears.But if I give any
command:
s ipconfig.exe 192.168.5.55,

The KITL shows some unhandled exception and the target control window
doesn't come back to Windows CE> prompt.

But with tiny kernel,it doesn't happen.
Why it is so?
