To restate that another way:
There is no such thing as Windows CE! You can't buy a product called Windows
CE from Microsoft. (Actually as of V5.0 they are now calling it Windows CE
with Platform Builder to add to the confusion) The point is that Windows CE
is a set of OS features that an OEM, or Microsoft for the platforms it
defines like Pocket PC, can elect to include in a particular device. Thus an
application must be written to run for the specific set of features
available on the device(s) it is meant to run on.
