Colour and Graphics toolbar NOT displayed Problem in WinCE .NET 4.2

In the Internet Explorer 6.0 client of WinCE .NET 4.2, the following
problem occurs.

While composing the mail through IE of wince .net 4.2 ( like in yahoo
mail..), the Colour Graphics Text Tool bar (like bold, Italics,
Underline, Fontsize, font face ...), are NOT being displayed in the
Web page which has it.
Also the Option : " Plain | Colour and Graphics " is also NOT Present,
which is defaultly present while composing through PC Internet
Explorer.

It would be comfortable if I was suggested for any requirement of
additional Internet components to be added in the Platform Builder.
