Okay, I understand now. You did not say what you wanted to modify in the
original post.
In general, yes focus on that directory, change to match your hardware.
This is not to say that if you will not need to change files in other
directories, but that should at least get you started. You may also need to
make changes to the Kernel, since some code is shared, like the reset
vector.
Each BSP may be different, though, so look at the sources file to see what
is being built. In the case of the Lubbock, you will also need to look at
the .c and .s files for other included files.
