Portrait and Landscape in .Net 4.2 ?

Hi,

I don't want to use HW(VGA chip) to rotate the OS display because our
HW does not support it.
May I use S/W(display driver) to change the OS display to Portrait and
Landscape dynamically in .Net 4.2?
