\core code ?

hi guys,

      can anyone specify the levels of licensing that exists for the WinCE code ?

currently our company has licensed some WinCE cd's...the contents are exactly the same as the ones which come with the evaluation version setup.

      Because of some exceptions., i could see that some of the source files were not there....those which form core.dll....filesys.exe etc....

     Now, can these core files be obtained by someother version of purchase ? or these cannot be obtained at all ?
