(Copied post from parent folder - sorry)
I have an intermittant data abort on power up that I cannot track down
---------------
!Unrecoverable Error: Exception or calling API inside Power Handler
Data Abort: Thread=ffffc5fc Proc=8c167810 AKY=00000005
PC=01ea3bd0 Lr=01eab0b8 Sp=ffffc74c Psr=00d3
FAR=00000032 FSR=3007
Halting system
---------------
This is intermittant - it only occurs occasionally with one particular
pcmcia card and then only on release builds. I was sure there were no
system calls in the drivers, but to be sure I have added debug (safe -
direct to mapped uart1) to every driver and have shown that all device
manager drivers have correctly powered up but the abort occurs in
between the last of the device manager's devices and the first of the
gwes (the display). The only code that I know of in between these two
is the kernel power proc and possibly something in the libraries of
the mediaq display driver. I have to assume the kernel code is OK - we
are up to date with QFE's.
I have I suppose 2 initial questions.
a) Can someone talk me through relating the abort printout with the
code ? This may help me track down the offender.
b) Do you know of anything else I could chase?
Thanks
