PS/2 port problem

Hi all,

I got the error message when boot the CE device in x86 platform:

The ps2 mouse can work, but sometimes the ps2 keyboard does not work.
(Both the ps2 mouse and keyboard work fine under DOS environment)
How to solve problem.
