Ok, thanks for that info. I also used dependency walker and it confirmed the same ordinals. But now I am seriously confused - the 2 missing functions RasSetEntryDialParams and RasEnumConnections are the ones supposedly missing. Why would a retail vs debug image have this issue? How come the rest of the RAS functions seem fine (maybe they aren't used?).
