But I have no idea of the name of the new font. I tried
to name it PMingLiu and leave it blank like the Simplied
Chinese setting sample in the online help. However, both
way cannot work.

Another question is what is the difference between ttc
file and ttf file? As I know, both are true type font.
TTC is a font of collection. That why I guess I don't
need to have the name of the new font.

Yes, the skip table already there. I didn't remove them
from the registry.
