Daily build platform project

I want to daily build my platform project, I know I can do it if I set a .bat file on WinXP schedule, WinXP will run it every day, but I don't know how to make the .bat file. I saw some people discuss this before, but I can't find them out now. It seem using the command line to build the project. If anyone have this information ,please tall me.
