    I just posted a reply on the Windows Developer group
    letting you know that we have the ability to capture all
    packets on all interfaces including WAN with PPP. There
    are some issues with doing this with PPP data. If you're
    interested in pursuing this, we'd need to know more about
    exactly you want to do with the PPP packets. Did you
    want to modify the data portion, the headers, or both?

    Please email me if you'd like to follow up. I'm out of
    the country at present and can't get email on Sundays,
    but will respond as soon as I receive your email.
