I have tried to build the emulator OS on another machine and I get the same
result. As for the memory settings I set them to the max allowable but no
luck. The EXE I created loads no DLLs other than MS ones and the EXE image
is a fairly small application. I have another EXE on the same OS that is
much larger that has no problems.

This problem comes and goes.
