Intel provides SmartPhone and Pocket PC BSP's for their Mainstone platform.
Unfortunately, you can only build these BSP's with the SP and PPC
toolchains, and you can only get those toolchains if you're a licensed SP or
PPC OEM. Intel will tell you that they do not support Platform Builder
development. They'll tell you that Microsoft offers this support.
However...
I believe Microsoft has no plans on supporting a PXA270/Mainstone BSP until
CE 5.0.
Your best bet right now is to talk to your Intel Rep, obtain the SP or PPC
BSP, and try to adapt it for Platform Builder. Depending on what components
you actually need, it might not be all that hard.
