Rapisrv not behaving

Hi
I download files from my pc to out wince.net device via USB usually without
problems, but during transfering a large file (say about 3 MB) I get the
following error (3 out of 10 times)
Prefetch Abort: Thread=8fcc00fc Proc=8c167278 'rapisrv.exe'
AKY=00000201 PC=00010010 RA=00019a60 BVA=00010010 FSR=00003005
I have tried an image that hasn't had any QFEs applied and an image that has
all the wince.net 4.2 QFEs applied and get the same result, I can't
understand why I get a data abort.
Any ideas or advice would be welcome
