keepalive with win ce 3.0

Hello,
we want to use "Keep-Alive" Socketoption with WinCE 3.0. With WinCE 2.11 it
works very good. But with 3.0 we don't see any Keep-Alive-Messages".
Is there any option to set by building the Image??
