Hi John,
i found one way:
If you delete a workspace and open up your platform builder, the entry will
be displayed at startup and a click on it will just produce an error
message, but if you click on File - Recent Workspaces - 'Deleted Workspace'
you'll get a error message AND the entry will be deleted. At next startup
from PB your entry will be gone. Maybe this is a complicated way but there
exists no 'official' method to delete an entry from a recent list.
