If you're using the standard "linear frame buffer flat driver", then the /L
option for LoadCEPC will change your resolution.
If you're using a specific display driver for your hardware, then you'll
have to research how that driver sets the resolution. The registry is the
most common method for setting the resolution in that case, however there's
no set registry keys.
