Thanks Valter. I will try what is the debug output on this.

Now I am able to get the ActiveSync to get connected whereby at MS
ActiveSync 3.7.1 is at "Connected" stage (The green round icon stops
rotating). At the device side, ActiveSync is at "Connected" stage as well.
After waiting for a very long time, I sometimes can get "Partnerships" and
sometimes fail to connect at all - "Fail partnerships" (The icon becomes
gray).

When I get the "Partnership" (which takes a very long time), I fail to enter
"Explore" in the device. MS ActiveSync seems to hanged. What is the cause
that the device fail to be "Explore"?

To me, it seems that both PC and device are not synchronized well. Can
anyone tell me, how to synchronize better? Or is it not the synchronizing
matter but other matters?

Thanks

Regards,
Lilian
