You have two choices.
One is using existing TI1250 PCMCIA driver in Wince 4.2. It only tested
with TI1250. It may need modification for TI1420.
Another is TIPCCARD driver in Wince 5.0 beta. It works with all existing TI
PCCard reader(include TI 1420).
