There's a little terminology problem there. Static *libraries* are
certainly possible. Obviously, you have to have the right library for your
version of Windows CE, compiled for the right processor architecture that
you are targeting, etc. Then, just add the .lib file to your eVC project
and away you go...

I think what it basically comes down to is that DLL/COM Redirection should only be used with COM component libraries that were designed to use it, and VB6 cannot create them. ...
