About Screen Saver and IME status window

Dear All,

In my project, I am building WBT (Thin Client) type image in WinCE 4.2.
I enabled Janpanese IME in my image. I found the IME status window was
always on top of screen, even Screen Saver ran.
(Screen Saver was provide by Microsoft default, ssfloat.dll.)
My problem is how to hide the IME status window when Screen Saver runs ?

(Comparison)
WinCE 4.0 can hide IME status window when Screen Saver runs.
Why WinCE 4.2 be different ?

Hope any suggestion.
