platform with voip sample app fail to boot on lubbock

clean install platform builder 4.2, lubbock BSP. new platform-> mobile
handheld, add end user apps, voip
platform boot and stop in a black screen with mouse cursor. nothing
interesting in kitl boot messages.
anybody face the same problem here?
