Which UART Chip do you use? Does it support FIFO?

external QUART) that I am using with CE 4.2. When I use the normal com16550
serial device driver, all 6 ports work. But when I configure the registry
and rebuild to use the high speed serial port driver (ISR16550), only the
on-processor UARTS work properly - IO on the QUART ports cause the following
message to be output "!!!SL_TxIntrEx: We found lost Xmit FIFO Data".

on-processor UARTs is 16 bytes while the size for the QUART is 64 but there
may be other differences that cause the problem.
