max idle time in idle time

Hi,

I have a following query regarding to maximum idle time in idle mode.

1. What is maximum idle time can we achieve in OEMIDLE for windows mobile?

In my case I observe that the idle time around is 1 to 2 seconds only and
also few threads like battery poll, wireless related (NDIS) threads are
running frequently in Idle mode.
2. Is it required to run wireless (NIDS) threads in idle mode?

My intention is if I increase the idle time, can save more power in idle mode.
