What is the procedure to find out the type of File System used in my product

Hi,
I am working on an embedded product developed on WinCE 5.0. It uses
128 MB RAM and 128 MB flash. I am facing a Disk Full problem when
loading files. In this regard, i would like to know initially what is
the type of the file system used in the product.
Someone kindly help me on the procedure on how to find out the type of
File System used in the product.
