Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance


No such thing as Windows CE 4.5. Each network device driver has its own
means of controlling the media connection speed (for example, a WiFi card's
settings wouldn't make sense for a wired Ethernet card). You'll have to
look at the documents for the device or the card's driver to see what to do.
