Windows CE 6.0 Hangs / Reboots

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am using and Advantech PCA-6753F board (Half-size all-in-one GXM SBC with
CPU, VGA/LCD and Ethernet) with a CF Card to IDE adapter as my hard drive.

When I boot the hardware the loading screen appears and the progress bar
fills, the system then hangs and then reboots itself at the same point each
time. The results from connecting a null-modem cable to the system are as
follows:

I am using the x86 BSP set to be an industrial device - industrial
controller. Has anyone got any idea what might be causing this and any
possible solutions?
