Yes, the "Order" control this. However, I am pretty sure that is not
the problem. Not knowing anything about the hardware you're using a
qualified guess is that that the MSD driver might unload the store at
startup eventhough the USB cable is not connected to the host PC. I
would probably start out by checking if the cable attach functionality
in the USB function controller driver works as it should and work my
way from there.
