Also, for accessing a device through the remote tools you need to have
the SDK of that board installed..
you are developing your own BSP, then you can easiy generate the SDK
for that also.
After installing the SDK, that device will be listed in the new
connection option in Remote tools

Hi.
I am porting target board using WinCE 6.0.
One problem related to ActiveSync occurs. The ActiveSync connection
between
Host PC and target board using USB is established correctly and file
copying
is
also performed with Explore. But Remote Tools such as Registry Edito,
Process
Viewer, Zoom and so on can't be connected to target board with Platform
Manager
Configuration set to ActiveSync and following error message is reported
when
connected.
"The Microsoft ActiveSync reported the following error: Unable to load
device
side components. Please check server configuration settings"
I forget to add some catalog items related to server configurations? Why?
