No, you can't make the WM device look like an access point. You might, in
some versions of Windows CE, have enough components to be able to build an
access point (I have a Windows CE-based access point that used to be on the
market at home).

Is it possible to create a WiFi hotspot in infrastructure mode using
Windows
CE/Window Mobile? I don't need ICS, or DHCP or DNS services, I just need
to
get some WiFi cameras that have been specifically programmed to ignore
ad-hoc
hotspots talking to various Pocket PCs.
