ARM 16-bit thumb instructions

Hello,

I have an ARM processor running Windows CE 6.
I want to run an experiment with using 16-bit thumb instructions, instead of
the 32-bit instructions, in a particular DLL.
Can anyone point me to useful documentation or better yet - a real project
that shows how to do this?
