"Can't get it to work" is a bit short. What do you see? What did you try? How did you setup the FTP registry settings?

If you just want the FTP server, you don't need the "File Server" components, but you do need to configure the FTP server:

Also, if you have the firewall component included you have to open up port 21 to allow access to the FTP server.
