Then that's a device issue we can't help you with. You've installed the
driver into the RAM filesystem so, when power goes away, so do the contents
of the filesystem. Contact the device's manufacturer for their suggestions
on how to do what you need to do.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried what you suggested, but when the device had booted back up
again the *.dll file had been wiped from the \Windows root directory.
