Way may have had too much fun with this question.

The reality is that Microsoft did include RIL driver examples, or so the
documentation says. The list of supported radios is list in PB Help in the
RIL documentation. Search for "Supported Radio Modules".

The point that Micheal was trying to make is that these are not necessarily
radios that you would want to use, but represent a way to try out cellcore.
And that it is not usually a chip, but a set of chips or a mudule containing
chips.
