CE 5.0 unable to read settings from the datastore

Hello all,

After a short evaluation of Windows CE 6.0, I finally had to install CE 5.0,
as the platform I could use had CE 5.0.
So I uninstalled CE 6.0 and Visual C 2005 Pro, then installed WinCE 5.0.

Here is my problem: the menu [Target] / [Connectivity Options] gives the
following error : "platform builder was unable to read the device settings
from the datastore"

I saw this note on the web :
http://blogs.msdn.com/dcook/archive/2007/05/13/does-pb-5-0-work-side-by-side-with-pb-6-0.aspx
but I have no "CoreCon" in my settings

Something is corrupted somewhere, but I can't find it

Thanks for your help

.
