your card is already initialised and you are already getting BOOTME
message. Now you need to
download your image to CEPC. You need to look at the download options
in the platform builder only.
if you are worrying about rtl8139 card, it should work fine for
downloading image. It might have some problem
during debugging to get the connection established between target and
host. Then you need to worry about rtl8139
driver or replace the card.(as I did with rtl8029).
