USB Serial Download Recv Header Problem

Hi,

During USB Serial Implementation we are facing probelm.

It is hanging in "RecvHeader" functionality for receiving header "kITL".

OEMSerialRecvRaw is called once for each byte in RecvHeader.

But, It looks the PC sends below packets after sending bott request to PB.

Please suggest on this issue.
