benchmark in WinCE 6.0

Hello,

I used the benchmark tool in WinCE 6.0 and the score of result was no good
than WinCE 5.0.
What is the reason for this? Is the difference in kernel mode and user mode
between WinCE 5.0 and WinCE 6.0?
