Tnx Paul,
Could you please tell me how can i solve this problem?

It's, as you might expect from reading the messages, waiting for a bootable.
filesystem to be mounted. You've selected hive-based registry? You've set
things up for the hive to be on your flash drive? If so, I'd guess that you
didn't put the storage manager entries for your flash drive in HIVE BOOT
SECTION/END HIVE BOOT SECTION in your registry, so there's no instructions
for the Storage Manager to load the flash drive driver, so there's never a
bootable filesystem, so it won't boot. It could also be that you've set the
boot options so that Storage Manager itself isn't getting started.
