Re: Hive registry and flash storage



Did you set the flash to be 'bootable' in the registry? It looks to me like
it's making the RAM/ROM filesystem the destination for the hive registry. I
don't see it waiting, for example, for your filesystem to be activated
before trying to load the registry. Go through the help pages again and
make sure that you've done everything to set up the hive on a mountable
filesystem.

I am working with Hive registry and flash storage in wince 5.0
I am getting the following debug messages once i boot OS.
My flash media driver failed initializing.
Is it because of FMD it hangs or anyother reason for it.
